Política de envío

Shipping times:

All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Shipments will be made only from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
The estimated delivery time will be 5-7 business days for domestic shipments and 10-14 business days for international shipments.
Shipping costs:

Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight and destination of the package.
Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer and will be shown during the purchase process before finalizing the order.


We do not offer free shipping, unless otherwise specified in promotions or special conditions.
Delivery address:

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address when ordering.
We will not be responsible for shipments delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Insurance and liability:

All packages will be shipped with basic transportation insurance to cover possible damage or loss during shipping.
In case of receiving a damaged package, the client must notify it immediately and provide photographic evidence in order to start the claim process with the transport company.
We will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been delivered to the carrier.
International deliveries:

For international shipments, customers are responsible for any applicable customs charges or taxes in their destination country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or any other related formalities.
Shipping Address Changes:

Changes to the shipping address are not allowed once the order has been processed and shipped.
If the client needs to change the delivery address, he must contact us before the order is sent to evaluate the possibility of modification.
